Privacy Policy

Last updated September 10, 2026. This policy explains what AI Trap Music collects when you use the studio and how that information is handled.

Information you provide

We may receive your email and display name when you choose to sign in, plus prompts, song titles, lyrics, style settings, and waitlist details that you submit. Do not include private, confidential, or sensitive personal information in music prompts.

Generated content and service providers

Music-generation requests are sent securely to a third-party model provider so it can create your requested audio. That provider may process prompts and generation settings under its own privacy terms. Authentication and site hosting may also be handled by platform providers.

How information is used

• Run the studio and return generated results.
• Save your prompt vault and completed sessions.
• Secure the service and prevent misuse.
• Send launch updates when you join the early-access list.

Storage and choices

Saved prompts and completed-session references may remain until you delete them or ask us to remove them. Generated media may also remain available through the model provider for a limited time. You can remove items from My Music and the Prompt Vault in the studio.
